Natalie DeLancey became the Executive Director of City Springs Theatre Company (CSTC) in 2021 after previously helping to form the company as the Managing Director beginning in 2017. She is responsible for overseeing overall operations, fundraising, and artistic vision for CSTC, including raising $3 million annually for the organization and serving roughly 50,000 patrons and students each season. Before City Springs Theatre Company, Natalie was the Director of Arts Education & Community Outreach for ArtsBridge Foundation, the arts education outreach arm of Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. Natalie left Cobb Energy Centre in 2017 after winning the program’s first-ever Southeastern Regional Emmy Award for Live Special Event Coverage for the Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards show produced that year on Georgia Public Broadcasting. Earlier in her career, Natalie served as the Artist Partnerships Manager at Young Audiences, Woodruff Arts Center and as the Manager on Duty at the Jennie T. Anderson Theatre in the Cobb County Civic Center complex. Natalie has a performance background in musical theatre and received a BA in Theatre & Performance Studies from Kennesaw State University’s College of the Arts. Natalie was a member of the 2014 Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta class, selected for the inaugural 30 Under 30 program with the International Association of Venue Managers in 2015, a member of Leadership Cobb’s class of 2016, received the 2016 Ernest Barrett Award from the Cobb Chamber for her commitment to excellence, and was a member of the 2024 class of Leadership Perimeter. She was recently awarded with the 2024 BOLD Award: Businesswoman Dedicated to Doing Good from the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce and honored as the 2024 inductee into the Georgia Theater Conference’s Hall of Fame. She currently serves as Chair of the Greater Perimeter Chamber of Commerce. Natalie is passionate about high-quality entertainment and arts education, and is thrilled to be in a community that fully supports those initiatives!

Matthew became a Dunwoody Rotarian in September 2020. He has held the following Positions in Rotary Club of Dunwoody - 2022-2023 Club Secretary, 2023-2024 President Nominee, and 2024-2025 Club Vice President. As well as being a wonderful and dedicated Rotarian, he is an exemplary Husband and Father and a succesful Attorney with Harrison LLP Matthew advises clients in all aspects of family law matter, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, modification actions, enforcement actions, equitable division of property, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. At one of the most stressful times in clients’ lives, Matthew strives to serve his clients with exceptional legal representation while empathizing with them so they are well cared for. Before joining Harrison LLP, Matthew was an attorney with Davis Matthews & Quigley. Prior to his legal career, he previously had a long career as a music educator in Georgia’s public schools, where he worked with talented students and their dedicated families. At Georgia State University Law School, Matthew was the Student Writing Editor for the Law Review, a recipient of the Atlanta Law School Foundation Fellowship, and a pupil member of the Weltner Family Law Inn of Court. Matthew enjoys playing and listening to music, reading, following the Chicago White Sox, being outdoors, and spending time with his family.

She previously served as Business and Cultural Development Manager for the City of Dunwoody focused on economic and arts and cultural development. With a proven track record of success in community engagement and program development, Rosemary is set to lead Create Dunwoody into a new era of growth and innovation. She has been a Dunwoody resident for 29 years, is the Dunwoody Woman’s Club Evening Chair, a member of the Dunwoody Fine Arts Association, Greater Perimeter Chamber, OCA-Atlanta, and NAAAP-Atlanta, and plays tennis. Create Dunwoody’s mission is to foster a vibrant and thriving arts and culture scene as a catalyst for sustainable economic growth in the city of Dunwoody. Create Dunwoody is an independent non-profit organization that was founded as a result of the Arts and Culture Master Plan that was adopted by City Council in November 2018. The purpose of the organization was to leverage and promote the arts to increase the quality of life among those who live, work, and play in Dunwoody. Its board consisted of a cross-section of arts, civic, cultural and nature organizations in the city. 2019 - Alan Mothner formed Create Dunwoody as a non-profit organization to fulfill this goal. 2020 - Dunwoody’s Public Art and Implementation Plan described Create Dunwoody’s key public art roles as related to the implementation of public art projects as an Organizational Partner to: Manage the Creative Activations and Mural Catalyst funds. Prioritize, raise funds for and support the implementation of Community Partnership projects. Provide support, as requested, to City Systems and Public-Private Partnership projects. Solicit temporary and/or permanent displays of art in City facilities. Promote public artworks that are created in Dunwoody.
2022 - Three entities provided sponsorship to Create Dunwoody which provided for the hire of its first Executive Director. The entities agreed that Create Dunwoody would: Promote local businesses and encourage economic development Co-coordinate events and activations Curate and present public art projects Curate and present new festivals and activations Advocate on behalf of its constituents with respect to a host of public policy, planning and quality of life issues.
2023 - The Create Dunwoody Board of Directors created the current Mission and Vision. 2024 - Rosemary Watts became the second Executive Director. Create Dunwoody hosted the Latino Hispanic Cultural Celebration and the inaugural Village Holiday Celebration and Lantern Parade. 2025 - Create Dunwoody hosted the inaugural Black History Cultural Celebration and Village Comedy Festival. | 28 |
